Illia Zhuravlov
1st Dan in Kudo
Sempai Illia Zhuravlov began his journey in Kudo in 2004 at the age of 5 in Ukraine. Over the years he developed his skills in addition to dedicating his time to assisting and developing younger peers in their training. He earned medals winning multiple competitions at various levels, achieving the title of Ukraine Cup winner and becoming a two-time Ukrainian Champion. He currently holds a Black Belt 1st Dan. His extensive experience includes participation in a variety of regional, national, and international tournaments. During these competitions, he consistently showcases his skills and competes against fighters from different parts of Europe, securing numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Anatoliy Zadorozhny
1st Dan in Kudo 2nd Dan in Kyokushin
Anatoliy began his martial arts journey in 1984 with Shotokan Karate at 13. He focused his training on Karate, Combative Disciplines, and Kickboxing competing professionally and earning 2nd Dan in Kyokushin Karate. In 1989, Anatoliy joined the Army where he broadened his skills with hand-to-hand and firearms combat training. Anatoliy joined Chicago Kanku Dojo and studied Kyokushin Karate under Shihan Leslaw Samitowski in 1999. Following that, in 2008 Anatoliy began Muay Thai training with Kru Chai. From 2009 to 2012, he utilized his expertise as a striking coach at Champion Jiu-Jitsu Academy (Spyder Gym) providing advanced-level training to help his students achieve their martial arts goals. In 2017, Anatoliy founded the Ballistic Budo Club which offers a unique blend of traditional training focusing on Kyokushin, Kickboxing, Kudo along with practical and modern applications of martial arts for self-defense. Anatoliy currently holds a 1st Dan Kudo.
Mike Zadorozhny
2nd Kyu Kudo
Sempai Mike Zadorozhnyy started his martial arts journey at the age of 10 at the Ballistic Budo Club. While learning the basics of the Kyokushin Karate, he also began to train in Kickboxing and Muay Thai. In 2017 along with Ballistic Budo Club, Mike shifted his focus to study Kudo Daido Juku. He participated in numerous National and International competitions and became the winner of IKF PBK Muay Thai tournament at the age of 16. In 2023, he placed 2nd in the North American Kudo Championship in Los Angeles, California. Sempai Mike holds a 2nd Kyu (Brown Belt) in Kyokushin Karate WKF and a 2nd Kyu in Kudo Daido Juku.
